Nova 2000 Blast Helmet | Allegro NV2000

The Nova 2000 blast helmet has a tough polyethylene helmet shell that meets ANSI Z89.1 requirements. It is also U.V. stabilized and abrasion resistant. Breathing air evenly flows throughout the helmet minimizing lens fogging and cooling the user. The lightweight helmet padding ensures comfortable and proper fit for workers.

RadEx Airline Filter | for Blasting Helmets | 04-900

The Radex Breathing filter assembly is suitable for a single operator. It is supplied with pressure regulator, pressure gauge and pressure relief valve. It also features a verstile mounting bracket enables floor or wall mounting. The Radex Airline Filter System offers more capacity, more filtration and more vesatility. It can be floor or wall mounted with same mounting bracket and has a large capacity 6 stage filter cartridge removes moisture and particulates to 0.5 micron and odor from the compressed air providing the operator with clean breathable air. There is a also a large range of optional equipment that allows the filter to be configured to met specific breathing air requirements.

RadEx Air Filter Cartridge | for Sandblasting Helmets

The Radex APF3100 Filter is a large capacity, 6-stage filtration system removes oils, moisture, odor and particles to 0.5 micron from the compressed air stream. Allows for instant air pressure that can be adjusted at a range of 0-125 PSI. The unique twist-and-lock mounting system allows you to mount the Radex AP3100 Filter to the floor or the wall. Just place the filter in position and turn to lock it (no bolts required!). The quick disconnect coupler is compatible with other brands like Aro, Dixion, Cejn and Rectus.

Marco Blastmater Maxum Abrasive Metering Valve

An abrasive metering valve regulates the flow of abrasive from an abrasive blasting pot. Metering valves create optimum abrasive sandblasting efficiency by controlling the desired amount of abrasive entering the air stream. A lean air and abrasive mixture provides faster cutting, reduced abrasive consumption, increased productivity, and lower clean-up costs. The Blastmaster® Maxum I Abrasive Metering Valve is an air-actuated, normally-closed metering valve for use with a pressure-hold remote control system. When the remote control system is activated, an air signal is sent to the Blastmaster® Maxum I Abrasive Metering Valve, opening the valve, allowing abrasive to flow from the abrasive blasting pot. When deactivated, the Blastmaster® Maxum I Abrasive Metering Valve returns to the closed position, deactivating the flow of abrasive exiting the abrasive blasting pot. Typical applications include blast rooms, blast yards, bridges, oil refineries, pipelines, and storage tanks. Common abrasives used include aluminum oxide, garnet, glass bead, mineral abrasives, slags, staurolite, and steel grit/shot. Compatible with Nova 2000 Blast Helmet.

• INCREASED PRODUCTION: The Blastmaster® Maxum I Abrasive Metering Valve is most often used with pressure-hold remote control systems, where the abrasive blasting pot remains pressurized. By deactivating the flow of abrasive ahead of the mixing chamber, the Blastmaster® Maxum I Abrasive Metering Valve prevents abrasive from filling up the abrasive blasting hose, greatly reducing “abrasive chugging” at activation.
