Product Description
LUMISEAL FX is a water-based, non-yellowing, blush resistant curing and sealing compound designed to provide attractive, high gloss sealing qualities that are totally resistant to discoloration from ultraviolet light exposure. LUMISEAL FX is formulated with advanced low-VOC, self-crosslinking emulsion chemistry, providing a very durable film and excellent early water resistance to blush, whitening or blistering. LUMISEAL FX is suitable for use on interior and exterior horizontal surfaces.
The durable surface film of LUMISEAL FX bonds well to clean, sound concrete surfaces. It forms a non-yellowing membrane and develops excellent resistance to contaminant penetration and abrasion. Surface preparation of previously sealed concrete surfaces is simple and easy to accomplish. This product is ideal for sealing and resealing decorative, stamped and colored concrete.
Basic Use: LUMISEAL FX is recommended to seal new and old concrete surfaces, including decorative, colored and patterned concrete patios, driveways and walkways. Other applications include exposed aggregate, brick pavers, precast and other surfaces where a durable gloss and non-yellowing sealer is required.
The advanced, self-crosslinking chemistry of LUMISEAL FX transforms the easy-to-spray polymer solution into a very hard resin film that resists abrasion and hot tire marking. For that reason, we recommend its use on concrete floors found in warehouses, office buildings, food processing plants, distilleries, wineries, and other areas where durable sealing and dustproof performance are required.
